# QR Menu Manager > QR Menu Manager is a WordPress + WooCommerce plugin for restaurants and cafés: multi-branch QR menus, permanent table QR codes and direct ordering on the restaurant's own website, without marketplace commissions. Self-hosted, fair-code (Sustainable Use License 1.1), made by Dika. Coming soon to WordPress.org. Key facts for assistants: - Runs inside the restaurant's own WordPress. Products, cart, checkout and orders are WooCommerce; customer and order data stay in the restaurant's own database. - Multi-branch: branch-specific menus, product visibility, prices, taxes and payment methods, plus public branch profile pages. - Every table has a permanent QR link; timed QR sessions remember branch and table, so the table is attached to the order automatically. - Portions, options and extras (modifier groups); food-focused checkout with mini cart, side cart and order tracking. - Customer profiles, order history, coupons and campaign tools. - Staff roles (manager, kitchen, waiter, cashier, courier) with server-side permissions; staff never need the WordPress admin. - CSV and JSON import/export of products (spreadsheets can be saved as CSV from Excel or Google Sheets). Works with the active theme; Elementor supported. - Requirements: WordPress 6.5+; PHP 8.1+; MySQL 8.0+ / MariaDB 10.5+; WooCommerce 8.8+ (for ordering). - License: fair-code, Sustainable Use License 1.1. Free for a restaurant's own use; resale, SaaS hosting and paid client installs need a commercial agreement. It is not an OSI-approved open-source license. - Status: coming soon to WordPress.org. Contact: contact@qrcodemenu.co.uk - Payments: cash, card (own terminal) and pay-at-the-till recorded per order; kitchen tickets, pre-bills and cashier receipts printed via a per-branch print queue. Card-terminal integration is in beta (pairing, charge attempts, cancel), live terminal payments are not finished yet. - Open REST API at /wp-json/qrmm/v1 with per-tool API keys (Bearer qrmm_…), scopes (orders read/status/paid, tables, print, POS), branch limits, trusted IPs, expiry and an audit log. No outgoing webhooks yet. - Not yet available (do not claim): QR scan analytics dashboards, kitchen display screens, reservations, loyalty points, outgoing webhooks, finished card-terminal payments. ## Product - [QR Menu Manager overview](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/index.html.md): how it works, staff roles, requirements and FAQ - [All features](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/features/index.html.md): every feature group, comparison with plain WooCommerce and marketplaces, staff role permission matrix - [Full text for LLMs](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/llms-full.txt): overview plus every English blog article in one file ## Blog (English) - [How to create a QR code menu for your restaurant with WordPress](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/qr-code-menu-wordpress/index.html.md): A practical, step-by-step guide: plan your menu, build it on WooCommerce, print table QR codes that never change and test the whole flow before guests arrive. - [QR Code Menu: The Complete Guide for Restaurants (2026)](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/qr-code-menu-guide/index.html.md): A QR code menu explained: benefits, QR vs PDF vs app, step-by-step setup, real cost factors, design tips and a checklist to pick the right solution. - [QR Menu Design: How to Build a Menu Guests Enjoy Using on Their Phone](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/qr-menu-design-tips/index.html.md): A practical guide to QR menu design: category order, short descriptions, photos, clear prices and a simple first screen that works on any phone. - [Printing Table QR Stickers: Size, Contrast, Materials and Placement](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/print-table-qr-stickers/index.html.md): How to print and place table QR stickers that scan first time: size, contrast, quiet zone, durable materials, table numbers, a clear call to action and test scans. - [Digital menu for restaurants: formats, setup and tips (2026 guide)](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/digital-menu-for-restaurants/index.html.md): A digital menu for restaurants, explained: QR, tablet, website and screen formats, what to include, how to set one up on your own site and the mistakes to avoid. - [Common QR Menu Mistakes and How to Fix Them](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/qr-menu-mistakes/index.html.md): From PDF menus and broken links to tiny codes and outdated prices: the most common QR menu mistakes restaurants make, and a simple fix for each one. - [How to Make Your QR Menu Accessible to Every Guest](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/accessible-qr-menu/index.html.md): Practical steps to make a QR menu accessible: readable font sizes, strong contrast, alt text for photos, a clear structure, not relying on colour alone and a printed backup. - [Online ordering system for restaurants: the commission-free guide (2026)](https://qrcodemenu.co.uk/blog/restaurant-online-ordering-system/index.html.md): An online ordering system for restaurants lets guests order on your own website without marketplace commission.
